Body Shop's `Terrible Quarter' Is L'Oreal's Sole Blemish: Chart

Body Shop, the natural beauty-products retailer, turned in its worst quarterly sales performance this decade while all of L’Oreal SA’s other divisions surpassed analysts’ sales estimates. Tough markets in Asia, notably Hong Kong, and below-par holiday sales in North America, were the main causes. The “terrible” results dragged down L’Oreal’s overall results, according to Andrew Wood, an analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein.
