U.K. Stocks Little Changed, Head for Weekly Drop; Glencore Falls

Britain’s stocks were little changed as they headed for their first weekly decline in three.

Glencore Plc fell 2.1 percent and Rio Tinto Group dropped 0.9 percent as miners led declines in Europe. While most FTSE 100 Index shares rose, the biggest gainer, GKN Plc, advanced just 1.4 percent.

The FTSE 100 Index added 0.2 percent at 9:10 a.m. in London, trimming its weekly loss to 2.9 percent. The broader FTSE All-Share Index was also little changed, while Ireland’s ISEQ Index added 0.3 percent.

CMC Markets Plc will start trading in London after pricing its initial public offering at 240 pence a share.
