Swiss Franc Drops to Weakest Versus Euro Since SNB Removed Cap

The Swiss franc declined against the euro, reaching the weakest level since the day the nation’s central bank removed the cap on the currency’s strength.

The franc depreciated 0.6 percent to 1.10509 per euro as of 4:40 p.m. London time, and reached 1.10546, the weakest since the Swiss National Bank unexpectedly removed its 1.20 per euro ceiling on Jan. 15, 2015.
