Libya Needs National Unity Govt., Italy's Gentiloni Tells Figaro

A government of national unity in Libya is the only way to stabilize the country, Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni told French daily Le Figaro.

Gentiloni said in the interview that there won’t be Western military intervention in the country unless Libyans fail to form a government.  The process is “fragile” and the support of the country’s parliament is “fundamental” to creating long-term stability, Gentiloni said.
