Itochu Corp. and Kyudenko Corp. will build a 21-megawatt solar-power station in Japan’s southwestern prefecture of Saga.
A venture set up by the two companies signed a loan agreement with the Bank of Fukuoka Ltd., Itochu said in a statement. No financial details were available.
