News Corp. Doesn’t Face Corporate Charges Over Phone Hacking

News Corp. won’t face any corporate charges over the phone-hacking scandal, U.K. prosecutors said in a statement.

The Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to bring corporate liability charges against News Corp. after an analysis.

Ten individuals at Mirror Group Newspapers also won’t be charged over phone hacking, CPS said.
