France’s Hollande Approval Rating Jumps 20 Points, Figaro Says

The approval rating for French President Francois Hollande has increased by 20 points from a month earlier following the terrorist attacks in Paris, French daily Le Figaro says, citing an opinion poll by TNS Sofres.

Hollande now has a 35 percent approval rating, with 63 percent of those questioned expressing an unfavorable opinion, Le Figaro said. The newspaper didn’t give dates or a sample size for the poll, to be published in Le Figaro Magazine Friday.
