BofA, Barclays, Big Banks Sued Over Interest Rate-Swap Fixing

Bank of America Corp., Barclays Plc and other big banks that act as interest-rate swap dealers were accused in a lawsuit of conspiring to block buy-side firms from entering the exchange market.

The antitrust complaint filed in New York federal court by Chicago’s public school teachers’ pension fund also names as defendants Citigroup Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Tradeweb Markets LLC, a trading platform.
