World soccer boss Joseph “Sepp” Blatter and the sport’s European head, Michel Platini, had reviews of their 90-day suspensions rejected by FIFA’s appeal panel, forcing the pair to turn to the Court of Arbitration for Sport for a final attempt to regain their posts.
