UBS Names Gardner CFO as Naratil Switches Role in Reshuffle

UBS Group AG named Kirt Gardner chief financial officer, replacing Tom Naratil who is taking a role in wealth management as the bank reorganizes its executive board.

Gardner, who is currently CFO for wealth management, will take on the post effective Jan. 1, UBS said in a statement Tuesday. Philip Lofts, group chief risk officer, is stepping down from his role as part of the reshuffle and will be replaced by Christian Bluhm, who joins from FMS Wertmanagement, UBS said.

Naratil will replace Robert McCann as president of UBS Americas and Wealth Management Americas while McCann will step down from the board and become chairman of UBS Americas.
