Chile's Codelco Slows Investment Plan as Copper Prices Slump

  • The 2015-2019 spending plan reduced to $21-22 billion
  • Government still deciding on capitalization of copper company

Codelco, Chile´s state-owned copper miner, has cut its five-year investment plan as falling copper prices slash earnings, CEO Nelson Pizarro said.
