Norway’s wealth fund chief said investors are taking heed of risks from climate change and aware of the potential for abrupt changes to business models amid a shift to a low-carbon economy.

The comments come after Bank of England Governor Mark Carney said in a speech last month that investors need to wake up to the potential for huge losses from a sudden shift in regulations designed to curb global warming and the use of fossil fuels.
