Two European Fund Managers Buy 22-Megawatt Wind Farm in Finland

Funds advised by the European managers Goodyields Capital GmbH and Access Capital Partners acquired a 22-megawatt wind park in Finland.

The wind park has nine turbines and went into operation in September 2013, according to an e-mailed statement Thursday from Munich-based Goodyields. Terms of the purchase from the Helsinki-based wind developer Taaleritehdas Plc weren’t disclosed.

Taaleritehdas’s T3-Voima unit will continue to operate the power plant and the new owners are the GCG Renewable Energy Infrastructure and Otso Infrastructure I funds.

“We see Finland as an attractive market for private investments in infrastructure,” Aymeric Paul, a parter at Paris-based Access Capital Markets, said in the statement.
