Billionaire Ofer's Zim Said to Hire Barclays, BofA for IPO

Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., a marine transportation company, hired Bank of America Corp.’s Merrill Lynch unit and Barclays Plc to lead an initial public offering in the U.S., according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
