Jefferies Group, already facing a sexual discrimination case in London, was sued by a senior executive who says he was subject to disability discrimination.
The lawsuit filed by Milan Radia, who is a managing director in the bank’s equity research department, was the subject of a pre-trial hearing at the central London employment tribunal Thursday. No further details about the claim were available.
