Jeb Bush Equivocates on Choice of Roberts as Chief Justice

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts “did not have a proven, extensive record” of conservatism, Jeb Bush says at CNN’s Republican presidential debate, while also saying the jurist appointed by his brother “has made some really good decisions.”
