Acciona SA, Spain’s second-largest clean-energy company, will invest $343 million to build a 247-megawatt solar farm in Chile’s Atacama desert.
El Romero will be the biggest solar farm in Latin America, the Madrid-based company said in a statement Thursday. The plan will start operations on 2017.
