Germany Sets Aside 2015 Revenue to Fund Refugees, Schaeuble Says

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said he’ll seek a supplementary 2015 budget to pay for the care of hundreds of thousands of people fleeing war and poverty.
