France to Pay for Tax Cuts by Reducing Spending, Sapin SaysMark Deen
Finance Minister Michel Sapin said France will pay for tax cuts next year by reducing government spending.
“It’s legitimate, it’s giving back to the French what they have earned,” Sapin said Wednesday on RTL radio.
