Carbon3D Inc., which aims to speed up three-dimensional printing, has raised $100 million from Google Ventures and others, giving it a valuation of about $1 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The person asked not to be identified because the matter is private. Carbon3D said it received funding from Google Ventures and Yuri Milner, co-founder of Mail.Ru Group Ltd., along with others.
