Iran is still probably several months away from achieving one of the goals that drove it to pursue a historic nuclear accord -- reconnecting the nation’s banks to a global system that routes most money transfers.

Iran agreed with the U.S., China, Russia and three European countries on Tuesday in Vienna on a series of measures designed to curb the Middle Eastern country’s nuclear program in exchange for ending international sanctions.
