Apple May Pay Image Price for ‘Demoralizing’ Worker Searches

Apple Inc. Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook personally fielded at least one Apple Store employee complaint about “demoralizing” security searches. Adding 12,000 more may give him a reason to worry about the company’s reputation.
