Germany Urged to Rewrite Taxi Rules to Help Uber, Web Services

An advisory group urged Germany to loosen transportation regulation to accommodate new Internet-based companies such as Uber Technologies Inc., after a court ordered the company to stop its ride-hailing service in the country.
