JPMorgan Says Close to Concluding Talks With Regulators Over FXHugh Son
JPMorgan Chase & Co. said it’s close to completing discussions with the U.S. Justice Department and the Federal Reserve over investigations into foreign-exchange trading.
Any resolution would require the bank to plead guilty to an antitrust charge, New York-based JPMorgan said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
