North Korea successfully launched a ballistic missile from a submarine, the state-run Korean Central News Agency said.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un guided and watched the test, praising it as an “eye-opening success,” KCNA said Saturday. No details were provided on when or where the launch was conducted, or the size or range of the missile.
