U.K. House Prices Increase Most in 10 Months, Nationwide Says

With lack of supply, and demand from foreign buyers stoking U.K. property prices, the housing market has become an election battleground for both parties, as Britons increasingly struggle to afford a home.

U.K. house prices rose the most since June last month, overcoming potential uncertainty before the general election, Nationwide Building Society said.
