Formula 1’s Williams Has Biggest Annual Loss Since IPO

Williams Grand Prix Holdings Plc posted its biggest annual loss since becoming the first Formula One team owner to sell shares to the public in 2011.

The Grove, England-based team, whose drivers Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas are fifth and sixth in this season’s standings, had a loss before interest and tax of 34.3 million pounds ($52 million) last year, compared to a 11.9 million-pound profit in 2013.
