Nestle to Reposition Cailler as Premium Chocolate, Brabeck Says

Nestle SA, the world’s largest food company, is trying to reposition the Cailler brand as a higher-end brand of Swiss chocolate to boost sales abroad, Chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe said.

The brand is entirely Swiss-made and has been introducing cocoa-rich versions such as “Les Recettes de l’Atelier,” which feature cranberries, almonds and hazelnuts. They cost 4.95 francs ($5.17) for 195-gram bars, about 25 percent more than its standard tablets.
