Apple Stock Now Down After Big Watch Event

Apple's latest live event went off in San Francisco today to much fanfare. In addition to the formal unveiling of the Apple Watch, Tim Cook and friends revealed a new, $1,299, 12-inch MacBook (it's less than 2 pounds and now comes in gold), a new medical research initiative (which will use the Apple Watch to gather data), and an Apple TV partnership with HBO new's stand-alone service (fans watching the event live also got a sneak peek at the new Game of Thrones trailer). The centerpiece of the showcase was the special edition Apple Watch that will start at $10,000.
