Euro Briefly Tumbles Below $1.10 for the First Time Since September 2003

The value of the euro briefly fell below 1.10 USD. It's the first time the currency has been that low since September of 2003.

The euro has been on a steady slide for the last couple of months, but it has been taking another slide today after the ECB announced the details its new QE plan.
