The U.S. Federal Communications Commission will be sued by companies seeking to overturn net neutrality rules the agency passed last week, Chairman Tom Wheeler said.
“The big dogs have promised that they’re going to litigate,” Wheeler said in an interview with Bloomberg TV at the Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona on Tuesday.
