Healthcare.gov works. Now, the Obama administration will find out how many people care.
At about 1:37 a.m. New York time, the federal government website Americans can use to sign up for health insurance went live, marking the start of the second year of the program designed to bring coverage to about 10 million people in 2015. Most of the states that run their own exchanges also got their websites up and running.
