Updated on

Zar Amrolia is stepping down as co-head of Deutsche Bank AG’s fixed-income trading business to assume a new position leading the development of the bank’s digital technology.

Richard Herman, 44, who has managed the business with Amrolia since February, will become sole head, according to a spokesman for the bank in London. Amrolia, who has run fixed-income and currencies trading since the group was created two years ago, will now report to Colin Fan, who helps oversee trading and investment banking.
