Suzlon Listing of German Unit Under Review Company Says

Suzlon Energy Ltd., the Indian wind-turbine maker undergoing debt reorganization, said it hasn’t decided yet where to list shares of its German unit Senvion.

Suzlon is “exploring the possibilities” of listing the wind-turbine unit, the Pune, India-based company said today in a statement. “It is too primitive and early to conclude on any one option right now with regards to listing.”

Today’s “clarification” came after a report yesterday in the Press Trust of India, the country’s largest news agency, quoting Suzlon Chairman Tulsi Tanti saying the company plans to list Senvion on the London Stock Exchange by the end of its fiscal year in March 2015.

The company expects to exit corporate debt restructuring by April, Tanti said last month.

Before it's here, it's on the Bloomberg Terminal.
