MetLife to Develop Seattle-Area Industrial Parks With Panattoni

MetLife Inc., the largest U.S. life insurer, said it will develop three industrial distribution parks in the Seattle area for almost $63 million as part of its venture with Panattoni Development Co.

The project will include more than 900,000 square feet of warehouse space, with MetLife as the majority owner and Panattoni as the managing minority partner, the New York-based insurer said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire.

Before it's here, it's on the Bloomberg Terminal.
