China National Software & Service Co. surged 5.3 percent as a measure of technology companies climbed the most among industry groups. Microsoft Corp. said it’s being probed by regulators in China. Bank of Communications Co. advanced to the highest level in 10 months. Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd. slid 1.9 percent after a three-day rally sent its 14-day relative strength index to the highest levels since 2009.
