During a more than three-hour presentation yesterday, billionaire investor Bill Ackman choked up while describing his family’s immigrant beginnings, called Herbalife Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Michael Johnson “a predator” and labeled that company “a criminal enterprise.”
Herbalife stock rose 25 percent.
