Germany’s I REIT Global Said to Plan $300 Million Singapore IPO

June 19 (Bloomberg) -- I REIT Global Management is preparing an IPO in Singapore that may raise about $300m, people with knowledge of the matter told Joyce Koh and Fox Hu.

Singapore Exchange and is testing investor demand for the

sale, the people said * Shanghai Summit Property Development, led by real-estate

tycoon Tong Jinquan, may buy > half the IPO, they said * DBS, Barclays managing the offer, the people said
