Kentucky Judge Delays Out-Of-State Gay Marriage Ruling

A federal judge delayed enforcement of his ruling that Kentucky must recognize same-sex marriages performed in states where they are legal, two days before his decision was to take effect.

U.S. District Judge John Heyburn today put the ruling on hold pending appeal, saying the risk of confusion warrants waiting for a final decision.
