Vestas Plans 450 More U.S. Workers After Hiring 400 in 2014

Vestas Wind Systems A/S, the world’s biggest wind turbine maker, said it’s seeking 450 more workers for its four factories in Colorado after hiring 400 already this year.

The new workers at the Aarhus, Denmark-based manufacturer’s blade factory in Windsor, blade and nacelle factories in Brighton and tower factory in Pueblo are needed to meet growth in the U.S. and Canadian wind turbine markets, Vestas said today in a statement on its website.
