Rwanda, South Africa Expel Diplomats Over Murder Dispute

Rwanda and South Africa have expelled each other’s diplomats in a dispute over the murder of a Rwandan government opponent in Johannesburg, Rwanda’s foreign minister said.

“We have expelled six South African diplomats in reciprocity and concern at South Africa’s harboring of dissidents responsible for terrorist attacks in Rwanda,” Louise Mushikiwabo said in a Twitter posting yesterday.
