Citgo Petroleum Corp. plans to restart on Jan. 15 the vacuum section of a crude unit that was shut at the Lemont, Illinois, refinery after an October fire, according to a person familiar with the progress of repairs.
The company is working on areas around the unit, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the information isn’t public.
