BofA’s U.S. Leveraged Finance Head John Cokinos Said to Depart

John Cokinos, Bank of America Corp.’s head of U.S. leveraged finance capital markets, has left the company, said a person with direct knowledge of the departure.

The person asked for anonymity because the departure hasn’t been publicly announced. Cokinos, who worked at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. before joining Bank of America, didn’t immediately respond to inquiries seeking comment.

Kerrie McHugh, a spokeswoman for Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America, said the company had no comment on the move, which was reported earlier by International Financing Review.

Bank of America ranks second by assets among U.S. lenders after JPMorgan Chase & Co.
