Nestle Names Settembri Head of Waters as Harris Retires

Nestle SA, the world’s biggest food company, said John Harris, the head of its bottled water business, is retiring after 39 years and will be replaced by the director of its petcare unit in Europe.

Marco Settembri, who joined Nestle 26 years ago, has helped make the company’s petcare business one of its most profitable in Europe, having led the division since 2007, the Vevey, Switzerland-based company said in a statement today.

Harris will retire at the end of November and Settembri will take over on Dec. 1, Nestle said.
