Votorantim Investment-Banking Head Kiraly Exits in Restructuring

Alberto Kiraly, the head of investment banking at Banco Votorantim SA for the past five years, left the bank this week.

Kiraly said in a phone interview from Sao Paulo that he’s in discussions with other institutions about possible jobs. He said he left Banco Votorantim as part of a restructuring of the business.

A Banco Votorantim press official in Sao Paulo, who asked not to be identified in accordance with internal policy, confirmed that Kiraly left the bank.
