Do you feel like you have work-life balance?

I’m monomaniacal. My friends used to tease me ’cause I’d wear a CamelBak while I was working so I wouldn’t have to get up if I was thirsty. That focus did come at the expense of outside relationships. It’s so hard to juggle. For a while, I kind of politely wrote off my social life, and I think I went overboard and became pretty monkish. Now I reserve my mornings for my family. I don’t want to wake up and see my kids going off to college and wonder what happened. I come into work late morning time and go at it until early evening, and I’m lucky that I’m at the point where I’m able to do that. It’s important for any entrepreneur to remember to try to keep some semblance of balance, especially if little ones are involved.
