Italian Government Notes Drop as Nation Sells Debt Securities

Italy’s three-year notes declined for a third day as the nation sold debt securities maturing between 2016 and 2044.

The yield on 3.75 percent debt maturing April 2016 increased 10 basis points, 0.1 percentage point, to 2.32 percent at 10:33 a.m. London time. Five-year yields rose seven basis points to 3.32 percent.

Thirty-year yields rose three basis points to 5.17 percent.
