Chad Signs 12 Million-Euro Accord With France for Water Project

Chad’s government signed a 12 million-euro ($16 million) agreement with France for a water project in the capital, Ndjamena, the French Development Agency said.

The accord will promote access to safe drinking water and sanitation in eastern neighborhoods of the city, Jean-Marc Pradelle, director of the agency’s mission in Chad, told reporters today.
