Blue Jays Push Winning Streak to 11 Games With Rout of Orioles

Edwin Encarnacion hit a home run and drove in four runs as the Toronto Blue Jays extended their Major League Baseball winning streak to 11 games with a 13-5 rout of the Baltimore Orioles.

Colby Rasmus added a home run and Jose Bautista had three runs batted in for the Blue Jays, who scored nine runs over the first three innings at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Toronto improved to 38-36 and matched the longest win streak in franchise history. The Blue Jays also won 11 games in a row during the 1987 and 1998 seasons. The Orioles are 42-34.
