Why Grumpy Car Dealers Are Helping Tesla

Tesla Motors, in its blistering trip from political punching bag to Wall Street darling—or at least the bane of short sellers—is getting an unintentional assist from an unlikely place: old-school car dealerships that are trying to shut down the company’s straight-to-consumer business model.
